Memory Moments Cafés
Join us for tea, coffee & cake; a little fun and laughter with music, games, dance, crafts, quizzes and so much more.
Woodland Moments
Connect with nature at our Woodlands group and enjoy an array of wood crafts, campfires, outdoor cooking, gardening and conservation activites.
Sporting Moments
Our Sporting Moments group gives people with dementia the opportunity to take part in some indoor sports and games including badminton, table tennis, new-age curling, air-hockey and much more.
