Dear Friends

We have had confirmation this morning from the NHS that we can run our community events until the end of this week. I would like to thank the Village Halls, who we book with in both East and West Sussex for staying in touch and keeping their facility available for us to use. This will enable us to speak with our families and share with them our plan for keeping in touch during this stressful time. It is important that people know that Know Dementia are not walking away from them and that we are here to chat. We will be contacting people on a regular basis to see how they are, supporting people who live alone as best we can and hopefully arranging events through social media. Sadly only one centre provider has just told us by phone that they are closing everything down as from now and we hoped they would have discussed this with us first as we have been using their facility in West Sussex for a good number of years.
