Our weekly Sporting Moments session in Dial Post, near Horsham, gives people with dementia the opportunity to participate in a variety of indoor sports and games, in a safe, friendly environment.

The session begins with a seated exercise routine to music, led by a qualified fitness instructor, giving people the chance to stretch and improve their balance, co-ordination and mobility.

Afterwards, the group can choose from sports and games including table tennis, badminton, new-aged curling, boccia, giant four-in-a-row and many more. It’s a lovely opportunity for people to enjoy some gentle activity and socialise with a nice cuppa too.
